GROUNDS TECHNICIAN / HOUSEKEEPER
JOB DESCRIPTION
CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
SALARY: $18 per hour
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for Full-Time Custodial help with basic janitorial duties sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms / breakrooms, removing trash, vacuuming. Along with some light duty outside grounds keeping mowing and weedeating.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Upkeep on parking lots
- Mowing the grass with a riding lawn mower and weedeating
- Clean breakrooms
- Removing all trash
- Cleaning of all bathrooms
- Vacuuming all office areas
- Upkeep on sweeping and mopping
